花生品种粤油13亲缘关系的SSR分析

花生; SSR; 亲缘关系

粤油13是广东省农科院作物研究所经过复合杂交选育而成的高产多抗花生新品种。对粤油13进行系谱分析，并利用SSR标记分析其亲缘关系。结果表明，系谱分析结果与SSR亲缘关系分析结果高度吻合，说明SSR可有效鉴定花生品种间的亲缘关系。

Yueyou 13 was a high yield and multiple resistance variety which was derived from a multicross by Crops Research Institute, GDAAS. In this study, the pedigree of Yueyou 13 was analyzed and compared with the genetic relationship of Yueyou 13 analyzed by SSR. The result showed that the pedigree of Yueyou 13 were accordanted with its genetic relationship. It indicated that it was feasible to use SSR analyzing the genetic relationship of peanut.
