高油、高产花生新品种豫花9326抗旱生理特性及生产适应性研究

本文针对豫花9326的生产适应性及抗旱生理特性进行了研究。试验表明,在春播及麦垄套种条件下,豫花9326对播期和密度有较强的自我调节能力;豫花9326抗旱系数为0.653,比对照豫花15号高0.115;干旱胁迫条件下,保护性酶SOD、CAT、POD活性升高,干旱胁迫和正常条件下其SOD、CAT的活性均在结荚期达到最高值,而POD的活性至成熟期则一直在提高,MDA的含量明显高于正常条件,豫花9326的SOD、CAT、POD活性均高于豫花15号,MDA的含量均低于豫花15号;干旱胁迫条件下,游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量一般高于正常条件,豫花9326的含量均高于豫花15号。

In this paper, the physiological characteristics of drought resistance and productive adaptability of Yuhua9326 were studied.The results indicated that under the condition of spring sowing and wheat ridge interplant, Yuhua9326 had strong self-regulating capacity to sowing date and plant density.The drought resistance coefficient of Yuhua9326 was 0.653, which was 0.115 higher than that of the control Yuhua15.The protective enzyme activity of SOD、CAT and POD under drought stress were higher than that under normal condition.The SOD and POD activity reached the highest at the pod-setting stage, which was the same as that under normal condition; the POD activity was still improving at the maturity stage, and the MDA content was higher than that under normal condition; the SOD、CAT、POD activity of Yuhua9326 were higher than that of Yuhua15, and the MDA content of Yuhua9326 was lower than that of Yuhua15.The content of free proline、soluble sugar and soluble protein under drought stress were higher than that under the normal condition, and that of Yuhua9326 were higher than that of Yuhua15.
